Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email). You can use the model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification in good time.

Consequences of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion / Expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, in the cases of § 312g Abs. 2 BGB (e.g. individually manufactured goods).
