Shipping Area

We deliver to Germany, EU countries, and other countries (including Switzerland, Great Britain, USA), as far as selectable in the checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties may apply to the recipient.

Delivery Times

Orders are generally made ready for dispatch within 24 hours of payment receipt or order acceptance — provided the goods are available. Non-binding guidelines for delivery:

  • Germany: approx. 2–5 working days
  • Rest of EU: approx. 4–8 working days
  • International: approx. 5–12 working days

Weekends and public holidays extend the delivery time accordingly.

Shipping Costs

  • Germany (Standard): 5.99 € — free shipping from 55 €
  • Germany (Express): 9.99 €
  • EU Countries (Standard): 13.99 €
  • International (e.g., Switzerland, Great Britain, USA): 19.99 € plus any import duties

All prices are final prices. According to § 19 UStG, no sales tax is shown (small business regulation). The amounts shown in the checkout are always decisive.
